Altos de Torona Sparkling belongs to the O.D. Rias Baixas, specifically the O Rosal subzone. It belongs to the Albariño variety and has an annual production of 2,000 bottles.
Using as a base an Albariño varietal wine, we produce this sparkling wine using the traditional method of Champagne, being in rhyme phase for a period of 16 months, at a controlled temperature of 12-13 degrees in our air-conditioned cellar; decantation for a period of one month using bottle removal process.
Straw yellow with golden sparkles. Expressive, complex, fresh fruit, fine lees, balanced. Fine bitterness, balanced, fine bubbles, good acidity, long, fruity and savory.
