Augardente

ELABORATION:
Obtained by distilling grape pulp, following the traditional steam distillation system.

COLOUR:
Brilliant highly crystalline, perfectly transparent with silver tones.

SMELL:
Great aromatic intensity, which highlights its fineness, armoniosidad, with persistent feelings of apple, herbs and exotic fruits.

TASTE:
Generous in the mouth, burning and structured. It offers retronasal reminiscent of Albariño.

Herb Liqueur

ELABORATION:
Codistillation two bagasse with 29 herbs. Liquor base 100% grape marc, where distillation will provide both herbs (verbena, anise, star anise, cinnamon, rosemary, cilantro, etc.) and fruit (apple, lemon, orange), plus coffee, cocoa, etc, after passing maceration, where we will provide some of the herbs together with vanilla and dye for two months, before filtering azucarándolo.

COLOUR:
Crystal, intense color, reminiscent of ripe lemon.

SMELL:
Predominate the sweet aromas of citrus, in addition to the fragrance that provide different aromatic plants used.

TASTE:
Generous mouth, intense flavor, with a pleasant sweetness and fulfilled end.

Orujo Cream

ELABORATION:
Based liqueur with concentrated dairy intake pomace brandy.

COLOUR:
It reminds us lattes.

SMELL:
Notes of toffee and vanilla.

TASTE:
Nice and unctuous, notes domain alcohol.

Liquor Coffee

ELABORATION:
Based liqueur pomace brandies. Shelled cold maceration natural roast coffee from Brazil, Africa and Colombia. The maceration is two months, where it brings orange peel and nutmeg.

COLOUR:
Attractive brown color that resembles dark chocolate hue but brilliant.

SMELL:
Light toasted aromas of good coffee, great aromatic intensity.

TASTE:
It is pleasant in the mouth, soft, excellent balance and persistence.
