Vía Imperial Mencía

Via Imperial Mencia belongs to the O.D. Ribeira Sacra, specifically the Amandi subzone. It is a 100% red Mencia and has an annual production of 60,000 bottles.

Natural fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 19 °C and 21 °C and descube early without fully completing the fermentation. Cherry red middle layer covered with purple, clean and bright reflection. It is a seductive wine with varietal, clean and fruity nose, dominated by aromas of red fruits. Mineral nose. The palate is soft. Well combined and balanced, with structure, again reminding aromas of red, persistent fruit, with broad aftertaste.
