Yellow straw with green glints.

Elegant nose, controlled intensity, strong citrus fruits and floral and mint notes.

Fresh, ample on the palate, salty touch, balanced acidity and lingering finish.

Steamed seafood, grilled fish, chicken in citrus sauce, semi-soft cheese.
