Tollodouro belongs to the O.D. Rias Baixas, specifically the subzone of O Rosal. It is a white with Albariño, Loureiro, caiño blanco and treixadura grape.

Each variety is separately hand harvested once the grapes have reached the optimum degree of ripeness. The grapes are crushed, de-stemmed and cold macerated. Fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures untl complete vinification has been achieved. Matured over fine lees during for for months, providing greater smoothness and singularity to the wine. Brilliant straw-yellow in color with greenish highlights. The bouquet is open, medium-high in intensity, with herbal and fruit bouquet. The favlour is strong, full and long-lasting with a balanced acidity. It is tasty and has a pleasant aftertaste, with menthol and balsamic hints.
