Rippa Avie belongs to the O.D. Ribeiro and is made from Treixadura, Torrontés and Godello grape varieties.

Natural fermentation using autochthonous yeasts in temperature controlled stainless steel vats which highlight all the potential aromas of these varieties. Yellow, clean and bright. Intense aromas of mature white fruits, exotic tinges characteristic of the lees. The unmistakable aroma is a blend of the basic aromas of the different varieties used. Fresh, rich, with abundant varietal nuances.
